It was around 2000 years ago, when humankind doomed itself. They had invented technology more advanced than anyone could have ever imagined. They had built structures that towered over the horizon. They had developed medicine that outclassed any God. They had found the power over life and death itself, animating inanimate objects such as boxes and spikes. This doomed them, their own creations turning against them, using their newfound power to destroy.
